STEP-01: Visit Mentexhd Website
To start promoting a campaign on Mentexhd, go to mentexhd.org. On the homepage, you will see the “Login” and “Sign Up” buttons in the top right corner. Click on the “Sign Up” button as shown in the image.
STEP-02: Fill Out the Registration Form
After clicking the “Sign Up” button, you will be taken to a registration form. In this form, you need to provide your full name, username, email, country, city, and password. Once you’ve filled in the details, click the “Sign Up” button and then check the checkbox to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy. Make sure you read these before proceeding.
STEP-03: Access the Dashboard
After successfully signing up, you will be redirected to a new page where you’ll see the “Dashboard“ and “Logout” buttons in the top right corner. Click on “Dashboard” to proceed.
STEP-04: Email Verification
Once you’re in the dashboard, you’ll be prompted to verify your account. Enter the verification code from your email into the “Verification Code” field and click “Verify Email”.

Once you open the email, you will find a unique verification code. Copy this code and paste it into the “Verification Code” field from STEP-04, then click “Verify Email”.

After verifying your email, you will have access to the full dashboard. Navigate to the “Profile Edit” option to complete your profile. Ensure that all fields are filled with accurate information. If your profile is incomplete, your campaign will be disqualified. You’ll need to provide your phone number, state or district, postal code, and full address details like house name, village name, and post office.
STEP-08: Request Campaign Approval
If you don’t see the “Campaign List” menu, We will grant you permission from the admin panel to create a campaign. Once you receive approval, refresh the website, and you should now see the “Campaign List” option. Click on it, and in the top right corner, you’ll see “Create New Campaign”. Click here to proceed.
STEP-09: Create a New Campaign
On the “Create New Campaign” page, you’ll need to fill out all the required information. Start by providing a title—make it engaging and attention-grabbing. Write the main text of your campaign in the content box. Then, specify the amount of funding you are seeking. In the “Excerpt” box, provide a brief one-line summary of your campaign. Choose the appropriate category for your campaign and set a timeline for how long the campaign will run.
Upload a campaign image of size 1920×1280 pixels, ensuring the image size is below 2MB. If you have any important documents, such as medical reports, upload them in the “Medical Document” box. Finally, click the “Publish Campaign” button to make your campaign live.
