Markex Center Welfare for Human Development (MentexHD) is a non-profit, non-political humanitarian and service organization. It always works for the service of humanity, social reform, inculcation of moral consciousness. MentexHD’s group crowdfunding platform collectively raises funds for various human development initiatives.

**Mission Statement:**
Mentex Center for Human Development works to combat poverty, hunger, development, and wellness through education, healthcare, and social empowerment initiatives. We are committed to raising awareness and empowering people for sustainable and prosperous living.

**Vision:**
Mentex Center aims to play a key role in advancing social development, health equity, and overall empowerment on both local and global levels. Our goal is to ensure sustainable development, awareness, and employment opportunities among marginalized and underserved populations, with the ambition of realizing this over the next 100 years.

**Main Areas of Activity:**
– **Health & Wellness:** Public health campaigns, increasing access to healthcare, and awareness programs for health protection.
– **Education & Training:** Skills development, workshops, and provision of educational materials.
– **Self-Employment & Social Empowerment:** Poverty alleviation, gender equality, and economic empowerment through participatory development programs. Financial support and training in handicrafts, machinery, technology, and agricultural management.
– **Disaster Relief:** Immediate assistance during natural disasters.
– **Ramadan & Eid Assistance:** Distribution of Iftar during Ramadan and clothes, Fitra during Eid.
– **Qurbani Organization:** Collecting Qurbani donations from the wealthy and distributing the meat to the poor.
– **Livelihood Support:** Providing tools such as rickshaws and sewing machines to the needy.
– **Water Supply:** Installation of tube wells and water tanks in areas with a lack of clean water.
– **Environmental Conservation:** Planting and maintaining trees.
– **Education Support:** Offering training and assistance to help students become self-reliant.
– **Widow & Orphan Assistance:** Providing financial support to widows and ensuring education and training for orphans.

**Key Projects & Achievements:**
– **Maternal Health Awareness Campaign (2022):** Raised awareness about maternal health, nutrition, and services among 10,000+ women.
– **Youth Skills Development Program (2023):** Trained 500+ underprivileged youth in various technical skills.
– **Mental Health Support Initiative (2023):** Conducted awareness workshops and counseling for over 2,000 individuals on mental health.

**Current Major Projects:**
– **Contest-24 Diabetes Prevention Awareness Campaign (2024):** Mentex Center’s initiative to raise awareness about diabetes prevention. The project will educate over 5,000 people about necessary lifestyle changes and early detection, specifically targeting at-risk populations.
– **Maternal Health Initiative:** Awareness programs in rural areas about maternal health and nutrition.
– **Youth Empowerment Program:** Training underprivileged youth in technical and vocational skills.
– **Mental Health Awareness Campaign:** Raising awareness and providing counseling on mental health issues.

**Target Population:**
MentexHD primarily works with low-income and disadvantaged communities where access to health, education, and economic resources is limited. Their activities are effectively implemented in both urban and rural areas to address gaps in healthcare access and education.
